Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. In qualification for the 2003 Rugby World Cup, a number of positions were available to Oceania nations. Fiji, Samoa and the Tonga would eventually qualify, joining automatic qualifiers Australia and New Zealand.
