Florida's 20th congressional district is an electoral district for the U.S. Congress, located in southeast Florida. The district includes Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. It also includes a vast area inland to the southeastern shores of Lake Okeechobee, including the community of Belle Glade.
From 2003 to 2012, the 20th district took in parts of Broward and Miami-Dade counties. The district was based in Fort Lauderdale and included many of its suburbs including Davie.
The district is currently represented by Democrat Alcee Hastings.
