Charmed is an American supernatural drama television series that was originally broadcast on The WB. The following is a list of guest characters that appeared in the fourth season of Charmed. Season four premiered on October 4, 2001 and ended on May 16, 2002.[1]

5 Gammill[4] Robert Englund He used a magic wand to shrink women, bake them alive and then turn them into figurines.
6 Shocker Demon[5] N/A Was made out of electricity. The Shocker Demon lived in any electrical outlets and used them for both surprise and escape.
7 Alastair[6] Alastair Duncan A chameleon demon who was sent by The Source to spy on The Charmed Ones. He transformed into a lamp and had been living in the Halliwell manor for a while. The Source later vanquished Alastair and took his appearance to kidnap Piper because he wanted to obtain the powers of The Charmed Ones.
8 Scavenger Demon[7] Arnold Chon A low-level demon that was black and covered in green ectoplasm. He fed on the remains of other demons' victims.
Sykes[7] Vincent Angell (Human form)
Aaron Brumfield (Demon form)
A half-human and half-demon who shared similar physical attributes and powers to Belthazor. He took on Cole's old cover as an assistant district attorney in order to get close to good witches and kill them.
9 Rake[8] Harley Zumbrum He was a close friend to Belthazor. When Cole and Leo went to The Underworld to spy, they ran into Rake and he thought Cole had died. Cole then killed Rake because he did not want his secret to come out.
Demon[8] Graham Shiels He was killed by two warlocks named Devlin and Jackson because they needed his power.
11 Rat Demon #1[9] Bart McCarthy A low-level demon who used his power to transform into a rodent to hide in the mortal world.
Rat Demon #2[9] Ray Proscia A low-level demon who used his power to transform into a rodent to hide in the mortal world.
12 Ludlow[10] Ray Wise An upper-level demon who ran a demonic training school for powerful magical beings.
Stephen[10] Dwier Brown A demonic bounty hunter who posed as the foster father of a firestarter named Tyler Michaels.
Annette[10] Ashley Gardner A demonic bounty hunter who posed as the foster mother of a firestarter named Tyler Michaels.
14 Kurzon[11] Harry Van Gorkum An upper-level demon who was an enemy of The Source. After The Charmed Ones vanquished The Source, Kurzon and his followers used this opportunity to gain control of The Underworld.
Jax[11] Andrew Ableson He worked for Kurzon.
15 Lazarus Demon[12] Coolio A high-level demon who had telekinetic and resurrective powers, along with the ability to transport themselves through ashes. The Seer freed the Lazarus Demon to ruin Cole and Phoebe's wedding.
15, 21 Dark Priest[12] Tony Amendola An upper-level demon who secretly conducted Cole and Phoebe's dark wedding in a mausoleum, after Cole, who was possessed by the essence of The Source, ruined the white wedding.
16 Power Broker[13] Mario Schugel A demon who traded, collected and brokered off demonic powers to the highest bidder. He stored the power of acid secretion into a mortal woman named Karen Young, which made her confused and violent.
17, 18, 19 Julie[14] Deborah Kellner She was sent by The Seer to be Cole's personal assistant after he became The Source.
18 Keats[15] Jay Acovone An upper-level demon who was the leader of a demonic faction. He worked for Cole after he became The Source, though Keats and the Vampire Queen planned to overthrow him and take charge themselves.
Harpy Demon[15] Petra Sprecher A female demon who attacked The Charmed Ones at their Halliwell manor.
19 Dark Priest #1[16] Michael Des Barres He performed the ritual to coronate Cole as the new Source.
Dark Priest #2[16] Osman Soykut
20 Malek[17] Joel West He was a top associate of the new Source, Cole. Malek was sent by Cole to kill a probation officer named Gregory Conroy. However, Phoebe, the new Queen of the Underworld, ordered him to leave Gregory alone. Malek then told Cole and he vanquished him.
20, 21 Dane[17] Jeffrey Meek An upper-level demon who was the personal liaison to The Source and was closely trusted by The Source. After Cole's death, Dane was chosen as his successor, and was about to be crowned when The Seer claimed that Cole's unborn son was the rightful heir.
21 The Tall Man[18] Carel Struycken An unvanquishable demon whose body served as a dimensional portal. The Source felt threatened by him, that he ordered The Seer to forge a magical cage to imprison the Tall Man for all eternity. Years later, The Seer freed the Tall Man after The Source died, in order to obtain Phoebe's unborn child.

Jackson[8] Chad Kukahiko Assisted Devlin in his ploy to take over The Underworld by stealing muses with the ring of inspiration.
Hector[8] Jorge-Luis Pallo After Paige was able to take the ring of inspiration from Devlin, he wanted Hector to assist him in getting it back. Hector then blinked into the Halliwell manor and was vanquished by The Charmed Ones.

11 Angela Provazolli[9] Shannon O'Hurley She was the ex-wife of Stan Provazolli. When Stan was put on trial for her murder, The Charmed Ones summoned Angela's spirit. She told Phoebe and her fellow jurors that her murderer was Andrew Wyke, not her ex-husband.
17 Rick Lang[14] Costas Mandylor Leo's long-time friend who was killed in World War II. Rick came back as a spirit and wanted to get revenge on Leo for leaving him to die during the war.
Nathan Lang[14] Louis Mandylor Rick's brother and Leo's long-time friend who was also killed in World War II. Nathan came back as a spirit with his brother and wanted to get revenge on Leo for leaving him to die during the war.

Sister Agnes[20] Wendy Phillips A nun who worked at the church where baby Paige was left in 1977. Patty and Sam Wilder gave baby Paige to Sister Agnes and asked her to find a safe home for Paige.
3 Billy[3] Ben Tolpin Worked at South Bay Social Services with Paige.
Donnie[3] Scott Mosenson A lawyer who worked at South Bay Social Services with Paige. He was cruel and insensitive to Billy who had acne, and also made inappropriate sexual comments towards Paige.
3, 16 Lila[3] Becky Wahlstrom Worked at South Bay Social Services with Paige.
4 Mason Cowan[21] Jacobi Wynne The son of Paige's boss, Bob Cowan. Mason went on a date with Paige. However, she and Phoebe had switched bodies prior to the date, resulting in Phoebe going instead.
5 Treat Taylor[4] Richard McGregor A club promoter who was hired by Piper to become the new manager of her club, P3. Treat made several changes to P3, which included changing its name to The Spot. Piper later let him go and the club went back to its regular state.
Claudia[4] Heather Marie Marsden A victim who was captured by Gammill when his assistant Finn lured her into his house.
6 The Prince[5] Charlie Weber A prince of a kingdom that existed in the 12th century. He was set to marry Lady Julia when The Evil Enchantress used her dark magic to seduce him in order to conceive an heir.
Lady Julia[5] Bethany Joy Lenz A young noble woman in a kingdom that existed in the 12th century. She was set to marry The Prince when The Evil Enchantress had her guards bring Lady Julia to the dungeons of her castle, where she trapped Lady Julia in a cell.
6, 11 Glen Belland[5] Jesse Woodrow Paige's friend who she had known since kindergarten.
7 Wendy[6] Whitney Dylan Piper's friend. When she was pregnant, Piper hosted her a baby shower at P3 in order to restore their friendship, which had suffered due to the constant demonic emergencies in Piper's life.
Becca[6] Rachel Wilson Piper's other friend who helped organize Wendy's baby shower.
8 Emma[7] Heather Dawn She was the fiancée of Andrew, a male witch who was killed by Belthazor. Emma encountered The Charmed Ones when they were trying to vanquish the demon Sykes, who she had mistaken for Belthazor.
9 Congressman[8] John Prosky He was killed by a warlock named Devlin, who stole his muse.
Bev[8] Cindy Ambuehl A client at P3 who needed Piper's help choosing a theme for her corporate party at P3. Instead, Phoebe and Paige helped her and convinced Bev of a '40s-themed party.
10 Mr. Matthews[19] Scott Wilkinson Paige's adoptive father.
Mrs. Matthews[19] Lisa Darr Paige's adoptive mother.
Michelle Miglis[19] Alex Breckenridge Paige's friend from high school.
Mr. Martin[19] Larry Brandenburg He was one of Paige's high school teachers.
Principal Harris[19] Rhonda Stubbins She was Paige's high school principal.
11 Stan Provazolli[9] John Thaddeus A man who had the power of premonition. Stan was accused of murdering his ex-wife, Angela Provazolli, after she found out that his boss, Andrew Wyke, was laundering money. Phoebe initially thought he was guilty of the crime, until she had a premonition of the actual murderer (Andrew Wyke), who had a Medusa tattoo on his upper arm.

12 Cynthia[10] Lori Alan She was the director of the legal aid office at South Bay Social Services. Cynthia hired Cole and gave him his first case about the slumlord Alan Yates, who had cut off the heat to his tenants. She later fired Cole during his first day at work when he attacked Alan during their first meeting.
Alan Yates[10] Angelo Tiffe He was the slumlord who cut off the heat to his tenants. He was being prosecuted by the South Bay Social Services.
13 Carolyn Seldon[22] Camilla Rantsen She was one of Paige's clients at South Bay Social Services. Carolyn needed help to get her son back from her abusive ex-husband.
14 Scott[11] Christian Keiber Worked at South Bay Social Services with Paige.
16 Karen Young[13] Molly Hagan She was the advice columnist for the newspaper, The Bay Mirror. Karen was infected by a power broker, which caused her to become sad and angry.
16, 20 Elise Rothman[13] Rebecca Balding She was the editor and boss of The Bay Mirror.
17 Maria[14] Evie Peck She was one of Leo's charges, a school teacher who was destined to become a whitelighter. However, Maria was killed by Rick and Nathan Lang, two ghosts from Leo's past, in an attempt to punish Leo for abandoning them.
Greg[14] Rene Heger One of Maria's students who appeared at her apartment with a knife, angry about his suspension, but with Leo's support, Maria was able to talk him down.
20 Gregory Conroy[17] Jaime Gomez He was a probation officer who worked with juveniles. Cole sent the demon Malek to kill Greg. However, Phoebe ordered Malek to leave him alone. Cole then sent another demon, Raim, who nearly killed Greg but was saved by Paige. Leo then orbed Greg into The Heavens for safekeeping. Cole glamoured into Phoebe and tricked Piper and Paige into having Greg orbed back to Earth. Cole then dropped his glamour and killed Greg with a fireball.
21 Inspector Miles[18] Nicholas Cascone He worked as an inspector for the San Francisco Police Department. Miles interviewed Phoebe when she reported Cole as missing to avoid suspicion falling on her when others noticed his disappearance.
Dr. Harris[18] Aaron Lustig He did an ultrasound on Phoebe's unborn child. The child, under the influence of evil, caused electricity to shoot through the ultrasound tool and shocked Dr. Harris.
22 Agent Jackman[23] Bruce Campbell He was a witch hunter who worked as an FBI agent. Jackman tricked The Charmed Ones into helping him get a witch-descendant named Selena, by making them believe she was the witch hunter instead.
Tashmin[23] Gwen Stewart A TV psychic who channeled a message from Cole, while he was in the demonic wasteland, to Phoebe.
Phoebe's Assistant[23] Leslie Grossman She was Phoebe's assistant at The Bay Mirror. She was with Phoebe in her office when she witnessed Tashmin call out to Phoebe.

Yen Lo[21] Daniel Dae Kim A powerful Zen disciple who took vengeance upon The Zen Master because he chose An Ling as his successor. After he lost a battle to An Ling and with The Charmed Ones help, Yen Lo's soul was trapped into a dragon blade and forced to reincarnate.
5 Finn[4] Reynaldo Rosales He was a golem that was created by Gammill to lure young women into his lair and turn them into figurines.
9 Muse[8] Siena Goines She was sucked into the ring of inspiration by a warlock named Devlin.
Melody[8] Siobhan Flynn A muse who inspired passion and creativity in her charges, which included The Charmed Ones.
12 Tyler Michaels[10] Alex Black A firestarter who was adopted by two demonic bounty hunters, Stephen and Annette. His foster parents wanted to deliver him to Ludlow, an upper-level demon in charge of a demonic academy. Tyler used his powers to vanquish Stephen and Annette.
13 The Angel[22] Caprice Benedetti She was an angelic being who was tasked with guarding The Hollow in the ancient burial ground for all eternity as a representative of good.
The Devil[22] Lawrence Smilgys A demonic being tasked with guarding The Hollow in the ancient burial ground for all eternity as a representative of evil.
Darklighter[22] Robert Madrid An evil magical being that was the evil counterpart to whitelighters. He attacked The Charmed Ones in their Halliwell manor and shot Leo with his crossbow.
18 Vampire Queen[15] Elizabeth Gracen She was the leader of a clan of vampires. The queen tried to sway Paige to become part of her clan, as part of a plan to overthrow The Source, which at the time was Cole. She was eventually vanquished by Cole when he threw a fireball through her heart.
Rowan[15] Samuel Ball A vampire who served as a top messenger and minion to his Queen.
19 Wizard[16] Armin Shimerman He wanted to get revenge on The Source for the near-extinction of his kind. The wizard worked with The Charmed Ones to steal the Grimoire, an evil counterpart to the Book of Shadows. He then revealed his true desire to become the new Source and bring back his kind.
22 Angel of Destiny[23] Dakin Matthews An elderly man who offered The Charmed Ones a chance to relinquish their powers and take back their old lives.
