In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the spirit troll is a type of monster.

The spirit troll first appeared in the original first edition Fiend Folio (1981).[1]
The spirit troll appears under the "troll" heading in the Monstrous Manual (1993).[2]
Description
A spirit troll is a crossbreed of troll and invisible stalker.
