The 2015–16 Cincinnati Bearcats men's basketball team represents the University of Cincinnati during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bearcats, are led by tenth year year head coach Mick Cronin, who will return full time after taking a hiatus in December 2014. The Bearcats play home games on Ed Jucker Court at Fifth Third Arena

Previous season

Cincinnati finished the season 23–11, 13–5 in AAC play to finish in a tie for third place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the American Athletic Tournament to Connecticut. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament where they defeated Purdue in the second round before losing to Kentucky in the third round.

Cincinnati also added Kyle Washington a 6'9 Center transfer from NC State. Washington will have two years of eligibility remaining after sitting out the 2015-16 Season.[5]
