The Poland Davis Cup team represents Poland in Davis Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Polski Związek Tenisowy.

Poland suffered defeat from a Marin Cilic-inspired Croatian team in Warsaw. After Cilic beat Michal Przysiezny in straight sets, 17-year-old Borna Coric beat Poland's No. 1 Jerzy Janowicz in a five set classic. The ever-reliable pair of Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski had to fight hard but won through in five sets in the doubles to keep the Poles alive in the tie, but Cilic mounted a remarkable comeback against Janowicz in the fourth rubber, turning around a two-set deficit to win and give Croatia a chance at an immediate return to the World Group.
