All or parts of Chicago, Des Plaines, Evanston, Glenview, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Mount Prospect, Niles, Park Ridge, Prospect Heights, Wilmette and Winnetka and Arlington Heights are included.[4] Democrat Jan Schakowsky has represented the district since January 1999.
