QSI International School of Chengdu (Chinese: 成都美国学校 "Chengdu American School") is an international school in the American Garden (美洲花园) development in southern Chengdu, China.[1] The school, using a U.S. curriculum, resides in two buildings. It is off of the 3rd Ring Road.[2]

The school is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.[citation needed]

History

QSI (Quality School International) was founded by James Gilson and Duane Root as a non-profit educational organization. The original school campus consisted of an apartment building near the American Consulate, but in 2006 moved to a larger campus in American Garden.
